Clare Newton

I’m a Civil, Commercial and Workplace CMC Accredited Mediator and an Associate Member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC).  I am also a qualified and SRA regulated Solicitor with many years’ experience resolving a variety of disputes, specialising in disputes over Estates, Wills and Land and Property.

As a Solicitor for nearly a decade, I understand the pressures clients face, from commercial uncertainty to personal conflict. My mediation style is calm, pragmatic and fair, helping parties move past legal positions to find practical, lasting solutions.

Fees

Mediation fees depend on the value and complexity of the dispute and are shared equally between the parties (unless agreed otherwise).

Fixed-fee options are available for half-day, full-day, and online mediations.
